Who Is Alpha For?
Alpha is for everyday people to participate in conversations about life, faith and God, no matter your journey or background.
Those Curious About Christianity
You might not consider yourself a believer, but have questions about life, faith, and God.
Those With Questions About Their Faith
You believe in Jesus but still have questions and areas of faith you don't understand. All 16 year olds and under should be accompanied by a caregiver/parent.
What Can I Expect?
Dinner Provided
Alpha begins with a free light meal, eaten at a table with others, where everyone has a chance to connect and get to know each other.
You can select your meal option in the registration form below.
Exploring Different Themes
There are short videos exploring different themes and aspects of faith in Jesus. These are professionally made and filmed in locations around the world, across different cultures.
Open Discussions
The heart of Alpha is the discussion group. There is no such thing as a ‘bad question’ and everyone’s perspective is respected and discussed.
Course Details
Alpha runs on Wednesday nights for six weeks. Starting Wednesday 20th May.
It also involves one Saturday session. On Saturday 13th June from 9am - 2pm.
Where: At Belong Church, in Wairau, Glenfield.
Cost: FREE! Dinner also included.
Wednesday Times:
• Dinner from 6pm
• Session starts 6:30pm
• Ends 8pm
